Levels I, II & III
These levels are designed for children ages 5 & up.
Our tumbling program focuses on healthy bodies and building strength and flexibility. Tumbling classes work on skills such as rolls, cartwheels, handstands progressing into walkovers, aerials, handsprings and so much more.
Students are expected to master the basics at each level before progressing to the next.
For ages 3 to 5 - Our tiny tumbling program introduces preschoolers to the fundamentals of tumbling. Our half hour class starts with basic strecthes and positions, followed by line drills down the mats (bunny hops, forward rolls, etc.) and wraps up with a fun obstacle course!
